We will work as a hybrid between home church confederation and a "typical" church with cell groups. Multiple home groups (6 shown above) comprised of a pastor, and elder, a worship guide, a host, and a cook (some or most could be rotating roles) could meet weekly in the host's home. These groups would probably meet for a set season ( a month, a year), and not shuffle members during that time.
During the week the pastors would be working together and keeping one another updated on their group.
During our monthly large worship gathering, the entire church would come together.
